The AD7992 is a 12-bit, low power, successive approximation ADC with an I 2 C compatible interface. The part operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and has a 2 µs conversion function time. The device contains a dual channel multiplexer and track-hold amplifier and can handle input frequencies up to 11 MHz.
