The 74LVC1G08 is a high performance, low power, low voltage silicon gate CMOS device, superior to the most advanced CMOS compatible TTL family. The inputs can be driven by 3.3 V or 5 V devices. These features allow the use of these devices in mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environments. The Schmitt trigger action for all inputs gives the circuit a slow input rise and fall time. The device is fully suitable for partial input power off applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output to prevent destructive return currents through the device when it is powered off. 74LVC1G08 provides a single 2 input and function.
