Explanation

The TAC5112WQRTVRQ1  is a low-power automotive stereo audio codec featuring 2VRMS differential input, 105dB stereo ADC and 2VRMS differential output, 114dB stereo or 1VRMS single-ended output, and 107dB four-channel DAC. The TAC5112WQRTVRQ1 supports differential and single-ended input and output. The ADC supports line/microphone input signals and has AC or DC coupling configuration options. The DAC output can be configured as a line output or a headphone load. This DAC can provide up to 62.5mW of driving power for a 16Ω headphone load.

 

The TAC5112WQRTVRQ1 integrates programmable channel gain, digital volume control, low jitter phase-locked loop (PLL), programmable high-pass filter (HPF), programmable EQ and dual second-order filters, as well as low latency and ultra-low latency filter modes. And it can achieve a sampling rate of up to 768kHz for ADC and DAC signal chains. The TAC5112WQRTVRQ1 supports Time Division Multiplexing (TDM), I2S or Left alignment (LJ) audio formats and can be controlled via I2C or SPI. These integrated high-performance features and single-power operation make the TAC5112WQRTVRQ1 particularly suitable for automotive applications with limited space.
