The LTM4676AEY is a dual-channel 13A or single-channel 26A step-down µModule® DC/DC regulator with a conduction time of 40ms. It can remotely configure and remotely monitor power management parameters via PMBus (an Open Standard Digital Interface Protocol based on I2C). The LTM4676AEY includes a fast analog control loop, a precision mixed-signal circuit, an EEPROM, a power MOSFET, inductors and matching components.

 

By using the dual-wire serial interface of the LTM4676AEY, margin adjustment, fine-tuning, and oblique rise and oblique fall of the output can be performed with programmable slew rate and timing monitoring delay time. Input and output current and voltage, output power, temperature, operating time and peak value are readable. At startup, the output voltage, switching frequency and channel phase Angle distribution can be set through the pin connection resistor.
