The F1763NBGI8 is a single-channel mixer designed to be powered by a single 5V supply. It is optimized for the use of low-side or high-side LO in multi-mode, multi-carrier base station receivers operating in the 2000MHz - 2900MHz frequency band. The F1763NBGI8 supports IF frequencies ranging from 50MHz to 500MHz. The nominal value of this device provides 42 dBm output IP3 and 200mA ICC.

This is because the F1763NBGI8 can directly drive the ADC through the Anti-Alias filter. Downstream amplification is not required in DPD applications.
