1. Product Description  

The C8051F920-G-GM is an enhanced 8051 MCU developed by Silicon Labs (Xinke Technology) for battery-powered and energy harvesting applications. The chip features a hardware-reconstructed power management unit, enabling full-speed operation under a single power supply ranging from 0.9 V to 3.6 V; It integrates an efficient DC-DC boost converter that requires only one inductor to boost from 0.9 V to the core's required voltage, truly achieving ‘one battery to go the distance.’

• Memory: 32 KB Flash + 4.25 KB RAM, supports IAP/ISP

0.9 V single-cell battery startup: Supports direct power supply from alkaline, button batteries, or energy harvesters.

Integrated high-efficiency boost DC-DC: Requires only one 2.2 µH inductor on the periphery, with efficiency >85%, reducing BOM.

Dual clock system: Enables fast wake-up from 2 µs, suitable for sensor nodes with extremely low duty cycles.  

Rich peripherals: On-chip comparator, VDD monitoring, programmable current source, hardware CRC, simplifying peripheral circuits.  

Development-friendly: Silicon Labs official C8051Fxx development board, Simplicity Studio software, and J-Link debugger are plug-and-play.
