PL00Y-301-10M10 is a single-pole high-voltage female connector from the Amphenol PowerLok™ series, featuring a Y-Key anti-misinsertion design and a metal housing, providing reliable busbar connections for electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and energy storage systems under high vibration, high impact, and harsh temperature and humidity conditions, supporting 300 A high current and 1000 V DC high voltage.

Applications:

The POWERLOK G2 series is a high-performance, compact aluminium alloy connection solution featuring RADSOK contact technology, specifically designed for electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid transportation applications. The G2 series offers electrical ratings of up to 1000 VDC and 450 A (at 50°C ambient temperature), featuring an IP67/9K sealing rating, 360° shielding, multiple keyed options, right-angle and straight configurations, and up to three positions. The G2 series can be used as field-assembled connectors, supporting shielded cable cross-sections from 50mm² to 120mm². The POWERLOK G2 series connectors are designed for diverse application scenarios, including power distribution systems for automobiles, trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and off-road vehicles.
