LT ® 3477 is a two-way track to track current amplifier and an internal 3 a, 42 v switch current mode, 3 a DC/DC boost converter.It integrates a traditional voltage feedback loop, and two unique current feedback loop to a constant current, constant voltage source.Both current detection voltage was set at 100 mv, and can be used independently regulate IADJ1 and IADJ2 pin.Can be realized in the typical application of up to 91% efficiency.LT3477 has a programmable soft starting function, used to limit the inductor current during start.Two input of error amplifier can be obtained from outside, thus provides the positive and negative output voltage (booster, negative output, SEPIC, flyback).Using an external resistor switching frequency can be set in the range of 200 KHZ to 3.5 MHz.
LT3477 heat-resisting enhanced with 20 pins (4 mm x 4 mm) QFN and 20 pins TSSOP package, for constant voltage and constant current application provides a complete solution.
