The ISO7221CDR features logic input and output buffers that are isolated by TI's Silicon Dioxide (SiO2) barrier, providing VDE-compliant galvanic isolation up to 4000 VPK. The ISO7221CDR requires two 2.8V (Class C), 3.3V, 5V power supplies, or any combination of these. All inputs are 5V tolerant and all outputs are 4mA CMOS when powered from 2.8V or 3.3V supplies.
