TPS2003CDRCR Dual-Channel Power Distribution Switch — A dual-channel 2A load 4.5-5.5V, 70mΩ USB power switch with high-level active and output discharge and reverse blocking functions.
When the output load exceeds the current limit threshold, the TPS2003CDRCR operates in constant current mode to limit the output current to a safe level. This provides a predictable fault current under all conditions. When the output is short-circuited, the fast overload response time reduces the burden on the main 5V power supply to provide regulated power.
