The RAA2116514GNP is a 60V, 5A, low quiescent current integrated switch-mode regulator featuring a constant on-time (COT) control system. The RAA2116514GNP supports a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 60V and an adjustable output voltage (0.8V to maximum duty cycle * VIN). The RAA2116514GNP also features very low quiescent current, typically 10μA at 24V input. The modulation scheme employed by the RAA2116514GNP achieves high efficiency across all output load levels, particularly under light load conditions.
