Based on the 600MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 high-performance core, the GD32H7xx product series incorporates a variety of hardware accelerators and boasts substantial built-in high-speed storage, facilitating real-time control with both superior performance and low latency. Moreover, it offers robust security mechanisms to ensure the integrity of data during communication process. GD32H7xx series is ideally suited for a diverse range of applications such as digital signal processing, motor inverter control, power supply management, energy storage system, civilian drone, audio and video processing, graphics and imaging, as well as machine learning.
GD32G5xx
Based by the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, with a clock frequency of up to 216 MHz, designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. Featuring exceptional processing performance, a wide range of digital and analog interface resources, and enhanced security capabilities, can be widely applied across diverse scenarios such as digital power systems, charging stations, energy storage inverters, frequency converters, servo motors, and optical communication.
GD32F5xx
Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 high-performance core, with a main frequency of up to 200MHz, GD32F5xx series features a variety of mainstream peripherals, communication interfaces, and audio/video interface resources. It supports up to 7.5MB Flash and up to 2MB RWW (Read-While-Write) OTA upgrades, meeting the requirements of complex industrial systems for code upgrade and backup. Additionally, the Security Boot and Update software platform provides secure boot, secure upgrade, secure communication and other software solutions. GD32F5xx serie also adheres to system-level IEC61508 SIL2 functional safety standards.

Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with main frequency of up to 240MHz, the GD32F4xx series features fast real-time processing capabilities, supporting embedded applications with high algorithm complexity.
