The STM32H743VGT6 is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core, operating at up to 480 MHz. This core incorporates a dual-precision floating-point unit (FPU) (supporting the IEEE 754 standard), alongside a comprehensive DSP instruction set and a memory protection unit (MPU), significantly enhancing application security and processing capabilities.
The STM32H743VGT6 incorporates high-speed embedded memory, including up to 2 MB of dual-bank flash memory (supporting read-while-write operations) and up to 1 MB of RAM. The RAM comprises 192 KB of TCM RAM (including 64 KB of ITCM RAM + 128 KB of DTCM RAM for time-critical routines), up to 864 KB of user SRAM, and 4 KB of backup SRAM. Its multi-layer bus architecture (APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and multi-layer AXI interconnect) supports efficient internal and external memory access.
