The TJA1044T is a Mantis series high-speed CAN transceiver featuring a standby mode, supporting data transfer rates up to 1 Mbit/s. It incorporates an ultra-low current standby mode with bus wake-up capability, delivering excellent electromagnetic compatibility even without a common-mode choke. Variants with a VIO pin permit direct connection to microcontrollers operating at supply voltages between 3.3V and 5V. Specifically designed for high-speed CAN applications in the automotive sector, the TJA1044T provides differential signal transmission and reception capabilities for the CAN protocol controller (residing within the microcontroller).
