The ADM706ARZ provides a power supply monitoring circuit that generates a reset output during power-up, power-down, and power-off conditions. The reset output remains functional even when VCC drops as low as 1 V. It also incorporates an independent watchdog monitoring circuit. This circuit activates if the watchdog input remains untriggered for 1.60 seconds.
Furthermore, the ADM706ARZ integrates a 1.25 V threshold detector for signalling power supply faults, detecting low battery conditions, or monitoring auxiliary power supplies. A low-active, debounced manual reset input (MR) is additionally provided.
The ADM706ARZ features both a high-active reset output (RESET) and a low-active reset output (RESET). Apart from reset threshold monitoring levels of 4.65 V and 4.40 V respectively, the ADM707 and ADM708 are identical.
